This is a provisional programme. A more detailed programme will be published after the call for contributions. Th workshop will provide a number of lectures, demonstrations and tests —bring examples of contents to be tested against standards in the "interoperability clinic."

Introduction: The Learning Resources Exchange (LRE) as a state of the art infrastructure, its limitations and how ASPECT will provide the framework to overcome these limitations by advancing the state of the art.
